Technical support falls into the maintenance category. If you choose to maintain your website on your own, I will have prepared you with knowledge that you will need to be able to do that. However, sometimes things happen and you might need a little help.
When things don’t work as expected, I have been known to answer an email and provide a little advise without sending a bill. When circumstances are such that an issue or question is more complicated than a simple email response, we may need to talk about an hourly rate or talk about getting you on a maintenance plan.
Whatever your needs, we can talk about it when the time comes. I am fair and will work with you through whatever is needed to help your website be successful.
