MoonGear.com has been doing web design since 1997. Over the years we have progressed from the blocked formatted website designs you may have seen back in the early 90’s to more modern dynamic website aesthetics of today.  We have years of techniques and experience that helps our clients stand out from their competitors and set trends of the websites of tomorrow.

Many companies offer web design, but often times at high costs, with less experience, and with an impersonal customer experience.  Moongear.com’s success is founded upon its ability to offer affordable services with the professional quality experience clients expect from a design company.  It gives us great joy in taking a “first timer” through the seemingly daunting process of building a web site, to create an exciting and excellent web presence for their project. 

Although we have worked with large projects requiring months of planning and development, it is our passion to work with small to medium sized businesses. We find it to be a much more personal and enriching process for us (no offense to those of you corporate tycoons out there).

What is your relationship with new clients like?
When you contact us, we set up an initial consultation (which is a complimentary service).  During this consultation, we evaluate the basic scope of your project, and make recommendations accordingly, that will help you achieve your objectives.  If we feel in some cases that you would benefit from working with another firm to do portions of your project, or even to take on the project as a whole, we will gladly make the referral for you.  Our goal as a company is to provide you with whatever you may need in order to make your project a success.

Once we have come to an accord on what the project entails, we will begin the process of sorting out the fine details of your project, building a finalized scope and executing a plan to get everything done within your budgetary needs.  Throughout the building and completion of your project, a working relationship inevitably forms, in which you will know what to expect from us, as well as knowing what we will expect from you.  We strive for excellence, and do our best to help our clients in achieving that for themselves. 

Sounds simple right? Again, we have been doing this for a long time. We know what questions to ask, and take the time to listen to what client’s may need.  At the end of our working relationship we often times have clients fill out a short questionnaire, which helps us to continue offering a high quality service for our current and future clients.
